4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or signals with non-subscribers. Any unauthorized sharing may result in account termination.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, signals, algorithms, and materials on SigVolt are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
SigVolt shall not be liable for any trading losses incurred by following our signals. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
